From proposal to approval.Without the paperwork.
Proposals your clients review, customize, and accept online — connected to your project, from the first draft to invoicing.
Options, not just yes or no
Mark services as optional. Your client picks what they want and the total updates as they go.
The decision stays in the proposal
Accept, decline, or ask — right where the proposal lives. No PDF to send back, no confirmation email.
A record of what was agreed
Every approval captures the version, the selected options, and the total. Changes become revisions, not overwrites.
- 01
Put it together
Line items, pricing, and copy that fit the project — from templates and your service catalog.
- 02
Share it
A secure link your client opens on any device. No account, with a PIN and a PDF when you need them.
- 03
Let them approve
Your client picks their options and accepts. You see exactly what was agreed.
Not a document attached to an email, but a page with your name on it — carrying everything the decision needs.
Exportlab records the version your client reviewed, the options they selected, and the resulting total. Change something afterwards and it becomes a revision — the approved version stays untouched.
Note: Proposal acceptance records approval of the proposal. It is not an electronic signature.
Questions about proposals.
Do clients need an account?
No. The proposal is published as a link and opened, configured and accepted in the browser.
Is acceptance a legally binding signature?
No. Acceptance records the typed name, the time and the exact version. It is not a qualified or advanced signature. If you need a signature, use Contracts.
Can I still change a published proposal?
Not the published version. A change starts a new revision; the previous one stays reachable, and an acceptance always belongs to the exact version that was agreed.
Can clients pick optional items themselves?
Yes. You leave optional line items open and your client decides what is included while viewing.
Can I collect payment on acceptance?
No. There is no checkout and no payment link in a proposal. An accepted proposal becomes an invoice and carries its line items across.
Are there reminders for unanswered proposals?
No. Automatic reminders, recurring proposals and internal sign-off workflows before sending are not available.
